We are seeking a Consumer Loan Processing Specialist with 1-2 years of relevant experience in Banking and Consumer Loans. The ideal candidate will have a background in contact center operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage outbound calls while adhering to established guidelines and objectives set by the lending division.
- Experience in handling both outbound and inbound call processes is highly advantageous.
- Receive requests for missing information or documentation from offshore and nearshore teams via EWL.
- Initiate outbound communications to Members and Dealers to gather necessary information.
- Conduct follow-ups on unsuccessful calls in accordance with established protocols.
- Process Business Process Service work items as per the defined tasks, deliverables, and service levels outlined in the Work Authorization.
- Strive to complete cases on time while meeting defined quality metrics.
- Foster and maintain effective working relationships with onshore and offshore clients, as well as Supplier teams, to achieve desired outcomes.
