This position plays a critical role in establishing and coordinating effective production methods for assigned projects. With a focus on economical implementation, the ideal candidate will plan and coordinate project documentation, ensuring product and process requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze product and equipment specifications to determine producible product characteristics, providing technical information on manufacturing techniques and materials.
  • Develop models of alternate processing methods, test feasibility, and recommend improved procedures.
  • Confer with operating personnel to create and implement operating procedures, resolving system malfunctions.
  • Maintain an above-average knowledge of in-house manufacturing processes to reduce total costs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering Technology, along with minimum 2 years related experience and/or training.
  • Strong knowledge of machinery, machining centers, grinding, CAD/CAM systems, SPC, CNC controls, and programming.
