About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team in Hanover, PA. As a CNC Set Up and Operator 2nd and 3rd shift, you will be responsible for setting up and operating manual and automated machines to produce high-quality aerospace and industrial shaft seals and piston rings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup and operate machinery to produce various parts
  • Work with a variety of metals to mill, turn, and bore parts
  • Maintain accurate records and paperwork
  • Assure work areas are clean and safe
  • Notify supervision of problems or difficulties
  • FOLLOW ALL PLANT SAFETY RULES AND REGULATIONS

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to read and understand dimensional blueprints
  • Knowledge of measurement equipment
  • Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing environment
  • Ability to train on any shift
