About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding team at Pediatrix Medical Group. As a key member of our neonatology team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our practice.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive neonatal care to patients in our Level III NICUs at Northside Hospital Forsyth and Northside Hospital Cherokee.
  • Collaborate with our team of neonatologists, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the education and training of new staff members to ensure a high level of clinical expertise.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in neonatal care to provide evidence-based treatment options.
Requirements
  • Current APRN national specialty certification.
  • Minimum of a master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience working in a Level III NICU environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
