- Collaborate with our team of neonatologists, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the education and training of nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in neonatal care to provide evidence-based treatment options.
- Current APRN national specialty certification.
- Minimum of a master's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong clinical skills and experience in neonatal care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
