We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Onsite Evening Ambassador to join our team at RealManage. As a key member of our community management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents, guests, and vendors during evening hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephones and greet incoming residents, guests, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist other employees with residents and visitors to ensure overall coverage in the management office and deliver a high level of customer service.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
  • Perform other work-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to work night shifts, 4 PM - 12 AM.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous customer-related experience required.
  • Previous concierge experience preferred.
  • Must possess a professional presentation.
  • Must possess outstanding guest services skills and sophisticated verbal & written communication skills.
  • Highly responsible & reliable.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
