Key Responsibilities:- Provide medical accountability and oversight for multiple clinical trials, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute clinical trials, leveraging expertise in rheumatology and clinical development.
- Lead medical data review and analysis, identifying key safety-related serious adverse events and developing safety narratives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with principal investigators, thought leaders, and other stakeholders in the rheumatology community.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific developments and regulatory requirements in the field of rheumatology.
- MD degree (or equivalent) and 3+ years of industry experience in clinical trials.
- Subspecialty training in rheumatology and expertise in the scientific method, including statistical design, analysis, and interpretation.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex scientific information to diverse audiences.
