Join Our Team as a Charge Registered Nurse in Women's Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Charge Registered Nurse to lead our Women's Services team at Baylor Scott & White Health. As a Charge RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and overseeing the daily operations of our labor and delivery, postpartum, and antepartum units.

About the Role

As a Charge RN, you will:

  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Supervise and mentor staff members to promote a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address patient needs and concerns
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current RN license in the state of Texas
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a labor and delivery or postpartum setting
  • Basic Life Support certification
