- Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Meet productivity standards and demonstrate flexibility in scheduling patients as needed.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- Experience working in home care or a similar setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
This position requires frequent travel to patients' homes and may involve working in a variety of settings, including patients' homes, clinics, and hospitals.
