Position Overview:


As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you hold your EPA certification and possess 1-3 years of experience in property services or enhancing resident satisfaction through delivering top-tier service and executing essential maintenance tasks within your community.


Key Responsibilities:
Engage with residents to identify, troubleshoot, repair, and resolve issues related to electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, stairways, railings, gas fixtures, flooring, and more.

Address any hazardous conditions such as open holes, shattered glass, broken lights, etc., and promptly delegate tasks to ensure timely completion.

Safeguard asset integrity by verifying that security measures, including automatic doors and surveillance systems, are operational.

Organize preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and confirm they are functioning properly.

Oversee inventory management of supplies and spare parts to ensure work orders are fulfilled as requested.

Be available for on-call shifts to assist with both resident and property emergencies.

Compensation:
$19-28/hour.


Depending on the role offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may qualify for a bonus program in addition to their base salary or hourly wage.

Paid time off is available for full-time corporate associates according to the Flexible Time Off policy.
