Job Title: Electrical Substation Superintendent

At InfraSource Electric, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Substation Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of work performed by our crews, coordinating with clients, and overseeing the maintenance and repair of our electrical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate billings with clients and ensure timely payment
  • Visit crews and monitor their safety, quality, and production
  • Monitor and review equipment usage, storage, and maintenance
  • Accountable for equipment maintenance and repair
  • Review personnel performance, safety, and training
  • Ensure tool inventories are up to date
  • Attend project meetings with clients and provide updates on project status
  • Generate and maintain lists of required personnel and equipment
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in electrical transmission and substation construction and maintenance
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Valid Class B commercial driver's license
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Ability to work in storm restoration operations
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
