The Job

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team at City Island Pizza Co. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for:

  • Expedite the line during service when necessary, ensuring seamless food delivery to our guests.
  • Oversee and inspire our kitchen team, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Conduct food quality control to ensure that every dish meets our high standards.
  • Ensure food safety by being aware of all ingredients and their potential allergens.
  • Create specials to run on a regular basis, collaborating with our FOH team to describe these offerings to our guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Requirements
