About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our Creative Department at Cricut. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and executing visual content across various projects, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement visual strategies to support marketing initiatives and product launches
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated assets for consumer touchpoints and channels
  • Design and deliver complex project plans with attention to detail and a focus on quality
  • Work closely with the Senior Creative Director to review and revise conceptual work
  • Support the development of the Cricut brand through exceptional creative content
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of owning projects from inception to closeout
  • Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
