Position: Extrusion Machine Operator

Job Details: We are currently seeking skilled extrusion operators for our night shift at our Fenton facility.

Compensation will be determined based on experience, with a strong emphasis on employee growth and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in extrusion or manufacturing is advantageous
  • Capability to adjust process controls to meet quality standards and production goals
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
  • Capacity to stand or walk for extended periods and lift heavy materials
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including overtime as needed
