Qualifications:

  • Experience in extrusion or manufacturing is advantageous
  • Ability to adjust process controls to ensure product quality and production efficiency
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and capability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to follow directions and work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Capacity to stand or walk for prolonged periods and bend to lift heavy materials
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed
