About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at VitalCaring. As a key member of our home health care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our occupational therapists to develop and implement patient-specific care plans
  • Deliver skilled care to patients, focusing on activities of daily living, range of motion, strength, coordination, and functional mobility
  • Document care delivery accurately and thoroughly in our electronic medical record system
  • Contribute to a culture of caring through individual accountability and teamwork
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy assistant with an associate degree in occupational therapy
  • Current State License to practice occupational therapy, valid state driver's license, and auto liability insurance
  • One year experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred
