Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team at Jewish Senior Life. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer all incoming call lines and provide general information assistance to residents and visitors.
  • Schedule valet services when requested and utilize the individual paging system and/or 2-way radios to communicate information to the appropriate staff.
  • Monitor and coordinate responses to the Personal Emergency Response System activation and assist in the monitoring of the fire alarm panel, door alarms, and elevator alarms.
  • Perform clerical tasks, including updating resident files using Excel and JSL SOS system.
  • Assist with scheduling guest room reservations and respond to emergency calls.
Requirements
  • High school graduate required; Associates degree preferred.
  • CPR/AED certification required.
  • 3 years' experience in reception desk operations, including public contact and proficient computer skills.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills mandatory.
