Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our team on our Medical Unit Day Shift. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence and patient-centered care, promoting a positive and supportive work environment
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care
Requirements:
  • Current state RN license
  • Bachelor's degree or associate degree from an accredited nursing school
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
