As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and completing technical tasks for environmental, health, and safety regulatory compliance projects.
Key Responsibilities- Project Execution: Lead and complete technical tasks for environmental, health, and safety regulatory compliance projects, ensuring timely and accurate project completion, adherence to budgets, and maintaining client relationships.
- Compliance Assessments: Conduct compliance assessments, program development, regulatory analysis, and reporting, permitting, training, and database solutions for EHS compliance requirements.
- Technical Tasks: Perform technical tasks at client facilities, including analyses, calculations, and preparation of various reports and documents.
- Regulatory Program Areas: Ensure technical project execution in hazardous waste management, air emissions permitting, wastewater/stormwater permitting, industrial safety, industrial hygiene, and other regulatory program areas.
- EHS Training: Develop and deliver EHS training programs.
- Business Development: Prepare proposals, attend professional networking events, and identify project opportunities.
- Client Relationships: Maintain active networking with existing and new clients.
- Team Management: Mentor and develop project team members, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

- EHS Knowledge: Knowledge of EHS-related regulatory compliance.
- Reporting Skills: Experience preparing compliance reports, permits, and plans.
- Regulatory Program Areas: Familiarity with hazardous waste management, air emissions permitting, wastewater/stormwater permitting, industrial safety, and industrial hygiene.
- Professional Certification: Professional certification (e.g., CSP, CHMM, CIH, PE) preferred.
- Prolonged Sitting: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Lifting: Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
- Office Equipment: Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
