About the Role
This position involves managing the rhythm of business, including creating agendas, ensuring timely meetings, and facilitating communication among team members. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for budget management, tracking expenses, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, be highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage team budgets, track expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies
• Create agendas, facilitate timely meetings, and communicate effectively with team members
• Support the leadership team with team onboarding, file sharing, and distribution groups
• Develop team-wide communications, create presentation materials, and support the GM in preparing for presentations
• Collect and communicate agenda topics, ensure team meetings are recorded, and manage logistics for team offsites
• Track birthdays, work anniversaries, geographical locations, org charts, etc., and celebrate teammates' life events

Requirements
• Minimum 2+ years of Rhythm of Business (ROB) experience
• Minimum 2+ years of budget management and team support experience
• Previous experience supporting this client, required
• Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
