About the Role

Moss Adams is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Valuation Services practice. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and overseeing the delivery of high-quality valuation services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business growth strategy for the Valuation Services practice, including identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Lead a team of valuation professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service and high-quality work products.
  • Collaborate with other practice leaders to develop and implement firm-wide strategies and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, developments, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and expectations.
  • Manage and oversee the development of marketing materials, proposals, and other business development initiatives to support the growth of the practice.
  • Participate in firm-wide marketing and sales programs, including industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics required; MBA or Master's in Business Valuations preferred.
  • CPA, CFA, or ASA designation preferred.
  • Minimum of 13 years of related experience in a complex organization, including demonstrated involvement with building and leading high-performing teams and fostering an inclusive culture.
  • Prior success in leading key business development, project delivery, and practice development activities required.
  • Exceptional client service skills, with experience serving mid-market clients preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, with proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple client engagements and priorities.
  • Ability to travel as needed, approximately 30%.
