About the RoleWe're seeking a motivated and charismatic Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you'll be responsible for leading by example, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding service, and ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate your team to achieve exceptional service standards
- Ensure that all guests receive responsive, friendly, and courteous service
- Run the shift efficiently, ensuring that all team members are provided with their mandatory breaks
- Treat all team members with dignity and respect
- Assign tasks to others as appropriate, while performing your fair share
- Command respect from your team by demonstrating consistency and fairness
- Follow up on delegated tasks to ensure successful completion
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift to 35 pounds
- Great communication and people skills
- Possess basic math and accounting skills
