Enablement Operations Lead

The Regional Operations Manager will oversee all Enablement vertical operations and teams, ensuring effective service delivery for billing adjustments. This role involves managing onshore and offshore personnel, addressing client inquiries, and maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

• Oversee AR/Billing adjustments activities and ensure timely resolution of challenges impacting billing accuracy and client satisfaction.
• Manage both onshore and offshore personnel to ensure efficient handling of billing adjustments, address client inquiries, and continually enhance processes related to billing accuracy and adjustments.
• Lead and mentor a team of non-exempt AR/Billing Adjustment Specialists, encompassing hiring, training, performance evaluation, and development.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in billing adjustments, maintaining up-to-date knowledge and ensuring best practices across the team.
• Monitor KPIs and billing adjustment data, analyze patterns to draw insights, anticipate staffing needs, and provide strategic recommendations that support operational excellence and service delivery standards.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated track record in managing end-to-end billing processes, including invoicing, payment tracking, and billing adjustments.
• Strong understanding of financial operations principles, including revenue recognition, financial reporting, and auditing practices.
• 3-5 years of related people management experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts or projects.

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience.
