Dog Daycare Receptionist Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Dog Daycare Receptionist to join our team at Cha Chas Doggie Daycare Inc. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for greeting customers, handling phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**

• Greet guests as they arrive and departing dogs from group play areas.
• Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain accurate records and disseminate company policy information as needed.
• Perform various dog handling tasks, such as waste removal, feeding, introducing, and removing dogs from group play areas.
• Utilize cloud-based CRMs, open communication platforms, and various email programs to manage day-to-day operations.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a reception or administrative capacity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computers and scheduling software, including cloud-based CRMs and email programs.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance.

Salary Estimate: $38,000 - $48,000 per year, depending on experience.
