Job Title: Financial Operations Lead

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Lead to lead our financial operations, support strategic planning, and ensure regulatory compliance. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with leadership and play a key role in shaping financial processes at a scaling company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis
    • Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
    • Provide insights and forecasts to support decision-making for leadership
  • Process Optimization
    • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within financial operations
    • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the team
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable Management
    • Oversee AP/AR processes, ensuring efficient cash flow management
    • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing and payment workflows
  • Compliance
    • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and reporting requirements
  • Client & Internal Communication
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to accounts receivable/payable, billing discrepancies, and other finance-related matters

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Experience in manufacturing, technology, or related industries preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
  • Knowledge of financial reporting tools and automation platforms is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Collaborative team player with outstanding communication skills

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000/year, depending on location and experience. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401(k) plan.
