Overview
The Finance and Commercial Operations division at our esteemed Global Medical Device partner is in search of a skilled Data Insights Developer to contribute to their innovative initiatives in data transformation and visualization. This role is pivotal in facilitating end users and stakeholders by translating data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and comprehend their requirements through effective dialogue.
- Design, develop, test, and implement Tableau dashboards.
- Utilize Alteryx for data preparation, blending, and analysis from diverse sources.
- Analyze business challenges and propose visualization strategies.
- Assist in the creation of predictive models and conduct statistical analyses.
- Employ advanced Tableau features (such as parameters, actions, tooltip modifications) to craft analytical dashboards.
- Gain a thorough understanding of business needs; collaborate with business users and analysts to define technical and procedural specifications.
- Generate ad-hoc reports addressing various business challenges, including product development, customer acquisition, enterprise risk, financial reporting, and process enhancement.
- Foster strong collaborative relationships with team members.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence.
- At least 4 years of experience using Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
- Proficient in utilizing Alteryx.
- Strong knowledge and capability in SQL.
- Experience in communicating and presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Background in finance, commercial operations, contracting, and pricing is advantageous.
- Desirable skills include:
Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, and Tableau Cloud.
