Responsibilities
• Deliver technical support for refuse vehicles and machinery
• Conduct necessary maintenance and repairs on refuse equipment
• Understand the operational mechanics of refuse machinery
• Accurately complete the service and/or repairs assigned by the Service Manager
• Execute all tasks in compliance with safety standards and established procedures
• Engage in and make the most of assigned technical training
• Uphold a secure working environment
• Follow EJ Equipment's policies and procedures regarding labor operations, time management, and repair documentation
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the Service Manager

Qualifications
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a refuse mechanic is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• CDL certification is preferred but not mandatory
• A dedicated team player focused on customer service and teamwork
• Self-driven and professional attitude
