About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator Specialist to join our team at Forix, a leading digital agency in Beaverton.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on e-commerce website development and support projects, collaborating with our seasoned staff to deliver high-quality results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project tasks, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

A strong understanding of web development technologies and processes is essential for this role. Additionally, excellent organizational and multitasking skills are required to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $55,000-$65,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Organize and participate in meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes
  • Coordinate project tasks, milestones, and deliverables
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders
