Job Title: Associate Install Manager

Renewal by Andersen is a pioneer in the window and door industry, and innovation is a key part of our success. We're seeking an experienced Associate Install Manager to join our team and help drive our growth.

About the Role

The Associate Install Manager will support our Installation Manager in leading the installation team, project management team, and service team. This role will focus on increasing the effectiveness of our installation process, improving first-time-through (FTT) rates, and reducing remakes. You will analyze individual and team metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training programs to address these gaps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train, manage, and coach installation team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Analyze metrics to determine areas for improvement and develop training programs to address these gaps.
  • Partner with branch leadership to resolve open issues and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to improve installation process skills, product knowledge, and service knowledge.
  • Meet or exceed planned margins and revenue dollar goals by having a capable workforce and using outsourcing as appropriate.
  • Lead safety initiatives to ensure safe practices are in place and followed.
  • Ensure all regulatory procedures and requirements are met.
Requirements
  • Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record.
  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience in the home improvement or related field.
  • Computer skills and management of computer-based information.
  • Customer orientation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of applicable building codes, preferred.
  • Previous work experience recruiting and managing independent contractors, preferred.
  • Ability to work and lead in a team environment.
  • Basic financial knowledge.
