As an LVN in our residency program, you can expect to participate in a guided clinical experience, receive formal mentoring, and engage in informative debriefing sessions. You will also have opportunities to rotate through different departments to gain a broader understanding of hospital operations.
Requirements- Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program
- Acceptance into THR residency program
- Less than one-year experience at the time the residency begins
- LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurse upon hire
- BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care
