  • Design, develop, assess, and enhance systems and system-oriented products.

  • Conduct research, gather, and disseminate information on the performance and capacity of company products in comparison to competitors.
  • Facilitate the resolution of product or service-related issues, upgrades, and challenges.
  • Prepare analytical reports to educate the sales team and clients about product capabilities.
  • May develop and deliver sales presentations.
  • Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of equipment, leveraging knowledge of engineering principles and programming, as well as advanced instruments and computing technology.
  • Supervise the installation of hardware and software at customer sites, ensuring proper system calibrations post-installation.
  • Provide strategic technical insights to management regarding evolving trends and new products in the industry to enhance existing technologies and their applications.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including manuals, schematics, system specifications, and both electronic and physical records of customer installations, calibration logs, maintenance documentation, and quality assurance data.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including trade exhibitions, conferences, and technical publications.
Qualifications

Requires a minimum of 8 years of experience with a BS/BA; 6 years with an MS/MA; or 3 years with a PhD.

Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This range reflects the typical compensation for this role based on experience and other relevant factors.
