Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
  • Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and priced.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
