Job Summary: Building Material Quantity Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Building Material Quantity Analyst to join our team at Interior Logic Group. In this position, you will be responsible for providing detailed and itemized material quantity estimates from owner or contractor furnished plan sets.

About the Role

You will be working closely with project managers and other team members to understand project specifications and requirements. Your responsibilities will include completing detailed and itemized material quantity estimates using designated estimating applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Completes detailed and itemized material quantity estimates using designated estimating applications
  • Communicates with senior or lead to clarify any unusual or special material issues
  • Determines accurate quantities related materials as measured from provided plan sets

You will also be responsible for determining if supplied materials meet local/state/federal specifications and identifying materials required for the construction of facilities.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • 0-2 years of experience in material estimating related to construction materials
  • Excellent analytical skills and mathematical skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadline demands and in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $58,000 - $68,000 per year
