Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Registered Dietitian to join our interdisciplinary team. As a Dietitian at U.S. Renal Care, you will play a vital role in providing patient-centered care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recommend therapeutic diets based on patient nutritional needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct patient assessments and participate in monthly interdisciplinary conferences
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
  • Current registration as a Registered Dietitian (RDN)
  • Experience working in renal care or a related field
