HR Generalist

At Creative Financial Staffing, we are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our organization.

• Human Resources Needs Analysis: Understand the human resources needs of assigned agencies through regular communication with company leaders and local HR/Payroll representatives, and analysis of agency-specific human resources data.
• Training and Development: Partner with Compliance, Payroll, and Benefits departments to facilitate training and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Investigations and Audits: Investigate or oversee investigations of HR-related complaints and document investigation and resolution. Conduct periodic audits of HR activities, such as personnel files, FLSA, and HR policies/processes, to ensure consistency of administration and compliance.
• Human Resources Data Analysis: Analyze human resources data, including employee satisfaction survey scores, employee satisfaction survey comments, new hire survey responses, exit interview information, unemployment claims data, and turnover statistics.
• Recommendations and Actions: Recommend and facilitate actions in response to HR-related issues, in partnership with local agency leaders.

• Experience: At least 2 years of previous HR experience.
• Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish, required.
