Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Broad River Rehab in Flat Rock, NC. This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated and compassionate professional to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.

Compensation and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary of approximately $55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we provide benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, unlimited continuing education opportunities, licensure reimbursement, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients with diverse needs and goals.
  • Provide high-quality therapeutic services, adhering to evidence-based practices and standards of care.
  • Promote patient autonomy and empowerment through education and support.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must hold a current North Carolina license as a Physical Therapist Assistant and possess a degree from an accredited program. We welcome new graduates who are eager to begin their career in rehabilitation therapy.
