Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated LPN Charge Nurse to join our team. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, supervising nursing assistants, and collaborating with physicians and specialists to ensure the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities- Provide medication and treatments to residents
- Evaluate residents for changes in condition and report to physicians and specialists
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
- Supervise nursing assistants and provide guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to develop and implement resident care plans
- Accurately document care provided and maintain accurate records
- Washington state LPN license
- Outstanding communication and supervisory skills
- Ability to type and use electronic medical records
- Ability to build rapport with residents and families
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
