Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated LPN Charge Nurse to join our team. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, supervising nursing assistants, and collaborating with physicians and specialists to ensure the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide medication and treatments to residents
  • Evaluate residents for changes in condition and report to physicians and specialists
  • Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
  • Supervise nursing assistants and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborate with physicians and specialists to develop and implement resident care plans
  • Accurately document care provided and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
  • Washington state LPN license
  • Outstanding communication and supervisory skills
  • Ability to type and use electronic medical records
  • Ability to build rapport with residents and families
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
