We are seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join our team at Miller Cooper. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for reconciling bank statements, preparing and posting journal entries, and analyzing general ledger discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile bank statements and identify any discrepancies
  • Prepare and post journal entries, including setting up recurring entries
  • Analyze general ledger and resolve discrepancies
  • Collaborate with the Controller for month-end and year-end closing
  • Participate in external audits and assist with accounts receivable and payable as needed
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing/distribution
  • Associate degree preferred, or experience in lieu of education considered
  • Intermediate or advanced Excel skills
  • NetSuite experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
