- Housing Stability: Ensuring families have access to secure living arrangements.
- Vocational Counseling: Providing guidance for employment opportunities.
- Substance Use Services: Offering support for those dealing with substance-related issues.
- Socialization and Self-Sufficiency: Encouraging independence and community engagement.
- Parenting Skills: Enhancing parenting capabilities through education.
- Strengthening Families Curriculum: Implementing programs that fortify family bonds.

Position Title: Case Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, life skills, and parenting through education and practical modeling.
- Provide coaching to enhance family cohesion and harmony.
- Deliver psychosocial education to clients and their families regarding mental health, symptom management, medication adherence, and available community resources under supervision.
- Offer crisis intervention as needed, under supervision.

- Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services-related field.
