Position Summary
As a Secure Transport Specialist, you will collaborate with your team to guarantee the safe and efficient collection and delivery of cash, coins, and other valuables.

Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include:

  • Operating armored vehicles and other transportation units along designated routes to service client locations.
  • Performing maintenance on ATMs and Smart Safes.
  • Managing customer stops, which involve delivering change orders and collecting deposits.
  • Loading and unloading cargo, including various bags and boxes of coins.
  • Counting items, documenting, and signing for cargo.
  • Executing additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Possess a minimum of a 3-year driving record.
  • Ability to obtain a Medical Examiners Certificate through a US Department of Transportation approved medical examiner.
  • A valid firearms permit or the ability to meet applicable firearms qualifications may be necessary.

Working Conditions
This position entails:

  • A full-time schedule averaging 40 to 50 hours per week, typically spanning 5 days within a 6-day period, with occasional weekend shifts.
  • Performing approximately 90-95% of work within an air-conditioned vehicle.

Physical Requirements
As part of the selection process, candidates must successfully complete a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE), which includes:

  • Vertical lifting of 25 lbs from 10 to 66 inches (1X).
  • Carrying 18 lbs vertically from 1 to 44 inches and horizontally transferring it 15 ft (4X).
  • Carrying 50 lbs vertically from 10 to 36 inches and horizontally transferring it 2 ft (2X).
  • Applying 47 lbs of force to push/pull a sled (2X).
  • Completing repetitive hand coupling tasks requiring up to 30 lbs of force (4X).
  • Ascending and descending steps of 24 inches (10X).
