We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Tester to join our team at Raven Ridge. As an Electrical Tester, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, tests, and measurements to identify any faults, defects, or potential hazards in electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting procedural tests on production products, including incoming materials, to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
  • Responsible for understanding and using all test equipment, test fixtures, and procedures to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  • Maintaining security for all quality verification equipment and its calibration control.
  • Notifying errors on procedures, drawings, bills of material, and router to the support teams (Quality, Manufacturing Engineering).
  • Completing documentation (shop packs, quality test reports) accurately and timely.
  • Entering data into the ERP system accurately and timely.
  • Collaborating with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to colleagues and clients as needed.
  • Conducting routine maintenance and calibration of testing equipment.
  • Assisting in the development and improvement of testing procedures and protocols.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent / Minimum of 2 Years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and components.
  • Proficient in electrical testing techniques and procedures.
  • Two-year technician degree or equivalent.
  • Experience handling fiber optic-related products.
  • Ability to use test equipment needed to perform tasks (Meggers, Ohm-meters).
  • Ability to use optical test equipment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
