- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance patient care and safety.
- Engage in ongoing education and professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and technologies.
- Contribute to a culture of excellence, promoting a positive and supportive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the District of Columbia.
- Graduation from an accredited program for Registered Nurses.
- At least 1 year of RN experience.
- Current ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications.
