As an Innovation Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving our growth and success by developing innovative fragrance solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers and consumers.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner and Influence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative fragrance solutions that exceed customer expectations; Identify and leverage value drivers to strategically position Givaudan solutions and technologies.
  • Discover and Challenge: Translate market trends, consumer insights, and data into actionable insights to accelerate ongoing projects and the innovation pipeline; Monitor social media trends and analyze data to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Explore and Evolve: Manage the exploration and implementation of alternative solutions, such as digital tools and new concepts, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
  • University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with a focus on Advertisement, Consumer Insights, or a related area.
  • 6+ years of overall experience, with 6+ years of functional/technical experience in the industry.
  • Proven track record of energizing and leading teams around projects; Developing and delivering compelling presentations.
  • Competence in olfactive skills and fluency in fragrance language.
  • Experience with innovation and interest in fragrances, cosmetics, beauty, and trends.
  • Social media knowledge and digital proficiency.
