  • Transport and accompany patients to medical appointments and hospital visits.
  • Assist with clients' personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor patients' condition and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of provided services and patient care activities.
  • Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies, as well as instruct and counsel them on diet and exercise.
  • Collect routine specimens and provide companionship and basic emotional support.

Requirements:


  • Proven working experience as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant.
  • Ability to monitor vital signs and collect specimens.
  • Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards.
  • Nursing and healthcare administration skills.
  • Caring and compassionate personality.
  • Current CPR certification and First Aid training.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High school degree.
