Job Summary

Adoration Home Health and Hospice is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in enhancing the quality of life for our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments based on physician orders.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to achieve maximum patient independence and function.
  • Maintain effective communication with the treatment team, physicians, patients, and family members.
  • Document services provided to ensure proper billing.
  • Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Physical Therapy Aides in direct patient care.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current, unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in the state of operation.
  • Current BLS or CPR certification.
  • Minimum one year of PT experience preferred.
