Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer receives a friendly and welcoming experience.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, promotions, and sales techniques.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including the fishing department.
  • Process and replenish merchandise, monitor floor stock, and communicate customer requests to management.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management, which may include assisting in other departments.
Requirements:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work closely with customers and colleagues.
  • High school diploma or equivalent recommended.
  • Sales training provided by Sportsman's Warehouse is required.
Physical and Travel Requirements:

This position involves a variety of physical activities, including talking, hearing, and repetitive motions. Travel is not required.
