The successful candidate will possess a minimum of one (1) to seven (7) years of experience in complex commercial litigation, representing businesses in various federal and state legal matters. These matters may include financial fraud, securities issues, breach of contract, fiduciary duty violations, partnership and shareholder disputes, loan conflicts, construction litigation, and UCC-related cases.
Applicants should demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of litigation, including but not limited to: preparing and arguing motions, conducting depositions, managing intricate discovery processes, making court appearances, and engaging in mediations and arbitrations. Additionally, candidates should be adept at preparing cases for trial. Admission to the California Bar or pending bar results is a prerequisite.
The Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice at Lewis Brisbois consists of attorneys who routinely manage state and federal litigation, including appeals and regulatory matters for a diverse clientele that spans local, national, and international entities, as well as federal, state, and local agencies. Our attorneys are licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court, state and federal trial and appellate courts, and various administrative and regulatory bodies.
We provide competitive compensation packages along with a comprehensive benefits program that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401k plan with employer contributions, and performance-based bonuses for those who meet their minimum hourly requirements. Please note that the final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience and skill set.
QualificationsAdmission to the California Bar or pending bar results is mandatory.
Salary RangeMinimum Salary: USD $125,000.00/Yr.
Maximum Salary: USD $180,000.00/Yr.
