Job Title: Tax Professional I

About the Role:

As a Tax Professional I, you'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting tax interviews with clients, either in-person or virtually, to gather information and provide expert guidance.
  • Preparing accurate and complete tax returns, ensuring compliance with IRS regulations.
  • Generating business growth by identifying opportunities to offer additional products and services to clients.
  • Providing exceptional client service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Mentoring and supporting colleagues to ensure a seamless client experience.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
  • Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, using virtual tools and technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
