Experienced Maintenance Technician

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and be responsible for executing maintenance and repair tasks across mechanical and electrical systems within our manufacturing operations.
- Implement and uphold maintenance standards while delivering effective maintenance solutions.
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Utilize the CMMS work order system to manage and track maintenance tasks.
- Ensure equipment remains operational to maximize production uptime.
- Industrial trades certification from a recognized institution is preferred.
- A minimum of three years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
- Comprehensive skills in multi-craft maintenance, including machine repair, hydraulics, pneumatics, industrial electricity, and robotics.
- Experience with industrial controls and electrical systems is advantageous.
- Familiarity with various PLC Logic platforms (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens) and troubleshooting of relay, PC, and servo-driven equipment.
- Hands-on experience with power electronic devices such as frequency drives and servo systems.
- At least two years of experience in installing and troubleshooting AC/DC control and medium/low voltage power circuits.
- Advanced skills in diagnosing automated systems.
- Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical schematics and drawings.
- Knowledge of relevant codes and regulations.
- Capability to troubleshoot equipment failures and restore functionality promptly.
- Conduct inspections to identify components needing replacement during maintenance activities.
- Perform overhead tasks using industrial lift equipment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to mentor and train apprentices and fellow maintenance staff.
- Flexibility to work 12-hour continental shifts and overtime as necessary.
