Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavioral strategies developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collect and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of individualized treatment plans and report findings
  • Assist BCBAs in training families on the implementation of tailored treatment strategies
  • Respond promptly to the needs and requests of clients and their families
  • Maintain open and clear communication with families, supervisors, and other relevant parties
  • Perform any additional tasks as directed by BCBA/LBA

Qualifications:

  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is preferred but not mandatory
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

Salary Range: $19-$27
